OUR OWN THOROUGHLY RECONDITIONED PARK HOMES
Our reconditioned Park Homes are overhauled to a very high standard. The exteriors and interiors are thoroughly refurbished and not simply redecorated. Gas central heating is standard. Brick or similar skirtings are constructed beneath the Home and the chassis is under sealed to inhibit rust. Steps plus a Garden shed and tarmacadam (or similar) paths are provided plus a turfed garden with flower beds and a car space. A refurbished bathroom and fitted kitchen as well as built in cupboards in most Homes are standard. Naturally the floors are wall to wall carpeted and other appropriate floor coverings provided where necessary. The interior walls of older units are lined with a good quality paper which has excellent insulation properties. Where we feel it is necessary we add a thick external insulation to ensure your warmth and lower fuel bills. Also provided is an outside tap and hose, clothes line, fire extinguisher, fire blanket and smoke detector. As stated elsewhere we specialise in restoring Park Homes and can thoroughly recommend those we have available. Our reconditioned Homes carry Lifetime Agreements.

Established Park Homes being sold by us on Agency Basis for Residents may be similarly equipped to Reconditioned Park Homes but must be bought as seen.

We accept a holding fee of on reconditioned and established Park Homes, and hope this will assist you in coming to a decision about your future choice of Home. Under certain circumstances the fee is used to defray administrative expenditure. However if the prospective purchase proceeds to fruition the fee is subtracted from the final purchase price.
