THE MANAGER AND HIS WIFE EXTEND THEIR WELCOME

The Manager and Manageress' current Park Home We have been residents upon Buckler Village since the 2nd of July 1965 and we took over the management of the Village in 1981. We feel the best way to find out about life here is to visit us when we will take great pleasure in showing you our Village, and the homes we have upon it. We can obtain a new Park Home for you as we are Agents for the leading manufacturers. Bungalow style homes are now popular and we live in the modern one above. Below is our previous Home upon the Village. Both styles of Home are usually available. We specialise in reconditioning Park Homes and feel that these are the best value for money on the market at present, especially with the current economic situation. We also have good quality homes on an agency basis which other residents occasionally ask us to sell on their behalf.

We love our Village. One of the things which make it so attractive is its situation in the centre of Cornwall. Any part of the county is within easy reach for a day out, such as Truro, our cathedral city, and Plymouth in nearby Devon. Entertainment is varied and plentiful in the locality. There are hotels with dancing, discos, theatres, cinemas, a sports centre and one of the largest leisure complexes in the South West, namely the Cornish Leisure World at Carlyon Bay which is only 1½ miles away. Less than 1 mile from our village is the picturesque and well known harbour of Charlestown where one can find homely Pubs and Restaurants. We are also lucky enough to be close to the country's leading attraction- The Eden Project!

Buses run regularly to St. Austell, approximately 1½ miles away. There are a number of businesses within walking distance where a variety of employment may be obtained.

Security of tenure is for life and you need have no fears in this direction. Our Home has proved a good investment for us.

Whether you are contemplating retirement, or indeed are already retired, then a home in our Village can provide you with a delightful haven in the autumn of your life.
